1. Scope

Applies to WordPress maintenance, technical support, Quick Check, web design, Elementor and WooCommerce services delivered via vietnam-wordpress.com.

2. Recurring plans

The scope of XS to XXL is described on the pricing page. Broken sites, malware or additional development may require a separate quote before maintenance begins.

3. Quick Check

Quick Check is a passive external technical review and does not replace a full security audit.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are displayed in VND. Payment may be made by invoice/bank transfer, Stripe Subscription or another agreed method.

5. Web design

Scope, revision rounds, timeline and deliverables are defined in the quotation or project confirmation.

6. Customer responsibilities

The customer provides access, content, licenses and information required for delivery.

7. Confidentiality

Access credentials and non-public technical information are treated confidentially.

8. Termination

Unless otherwise agreed, monthly plans may be terminated before the next renewal period by email or written notice.

9. Legal framework

Services offered in Vietnam must comply with mandatory applicable e-commerce, consumer-protection and personal-data rules where relevant.
